Chef-made meals in goal collections: Keto, Low Carb, Performance, 30 g+ protein per serve and under 400 calories. Every meal shows its protein, carbs and calories per serve, so you can choose by the numbers. All meals are halal certified.

Allergens and gluten

Some meals are labelled "No Gluten Added" (gluten friendly): no gluten ingredients go in. Our meals are made in a facility that handles eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, crustaceans, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, molluscs, wheat and sulphites, so they aren't suitable for coeliac disease or severe allergies.

Does Thrive deliver Australia-wide?

Not yet. We deliver across NSW, VIC, QLD, WA and ACT, including many regional areas, but not to SA, NT or TAS. Enter your postcode to check.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for subscribers. One-time orders pay delivery, shown at checkout based on your postcode.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. You can place a one-time order, or subscribe weekly or fortnightly. Subscribers can edit, skip or cancel online until Tuesday 9pm AEST, or contact us before the Monday 9:30am AEST billing.

Do you have gluten friendly meals?

Yes. Some meals are labelled "No Gluten Added": no gluten ingredients go in. They're made in a kitchen that handles gluten, so they're gluten friendly and not suitable for coeliac disease.
