How it gets to you
Meals and supplements follow two different journeys, here’s each one, step by step.
You build your box and check out. Ongoing subscribers are billed Monday 9:30am AEST.
Your meals are cooked fresh, never frozen, in our HACCP-certified kitchen.
Packed with ice packs and dispatched chilled every Friday.
We text you when your box is on the way so you know when to expect it.
Delivered to your door Saturday onwards, within 4 days depending on your region.
Add supplements on their own, or alongside a meal order.
Shelf-stable, so they’re packed and sent via Australia Post.
You get an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel.
Delivered by Australia Post on standard parcel timeframes.
Good to know
The $89 minimum applies to your food order, meals, snacks, drinks and bundles all count toward it. Supplements do not count toward the $89 minimum.
Subscription meal orders ship free. One-time meal orders pay a zone-based shipping fee, confirmed from your delivery address at checkout.
Add supplements to a qualifying meal order and they ship together in the same delivery, no separate shipping charge.
A supplements-only order (no meals) ships separately via Australia Post, and a standard parcel shipping fee applies. You’ll get a tracking link by email.
Meal boxes: we SMS you when your chilled delivery is on the way. Supplement parcels: we email you a tracking link.
