We aim for every meal to arrive with at least 7 days of fridge life (a 14-day product life overall). When you pick a delivery date, the site shows your meals' remaining freshness, choose a closer date for maximum shelf life. If you're in a far-out area where travel time may shorten shelf life, we'll be in touch.

Ongoing subscribers are billed every Monday at 9:30am AEST, you can edit, skip or cancel any time before then. (Placing your first order? The cutoff is Tuesday 9:00pm.) We pack on Friday and deliver Saturday onwards, arriving within 4 days depending on your region. Prefer less often? Choose fortnightly, the same rhythm, every 2 weeks.

Yes, we have goal collections: High Protein, Keto, Low Carb and <400 Cal. Each meal is described by its real numbers (e.g. grams of protein, calories per serve) so you can choose by the spec.

Made in a facility that handles eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, crustaceans, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, molluscs, wheat and sulphites.

Supplements, protein, creatine, electrolytes and collagen, are shelf-stable. Add them to a meal order and they ship in the same delivery, no extra charge. Order supplements on their own and they're sent via Australia Post.
