Tender Lamb Shanks w Red Wine & Rosemary Jus

Lamb Shanks so tender they fall off the bone, slow cooked in a delicious red wine and rosemary jus. 5 large lamb shanks per pack which perfect for a family meal or entertaining with friends.

Serve this up with Creamy Potato Mash and some Green beans in Garlic Butter for the perfect accompaniments.  


Lamb Cooking Instructions :

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees and place beef and all of the sauce in small oven proof tray so it fits snug ( ie 30 x 30 x 10 cm tray is perfect )
  2. Cover loosely with foil
  3.  Place into the oven and re heat for 40 minutes , remove the foil and continue cooking the last 10 minutes uncovered so the sauce thickens
  4. Remove from the oven and put the Shanks on a plate then pour the remaining jus over the cooked Shanks. 

NOTE : Consume within 4 hours after reheating
