Lamb Heating instructions :

  1. Defrost lamb in bag in the fridge overnight
  2. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees with fan, remove the lamb from the outer bag and place into a roasting tray , season with salt ,pepper and herbs of your choice
  3. Roast for 45- 50 minutes until the skin bubbles and becomes crispy
  4. Serve and eat your favourite side dishes

This dish is perfect with Roasted Honey and Rosemary Pumpkin and Green Beans with garlic butter.
