Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside Chickpea fritters served with a beautifully spiced coconut yoghurt dressing. It's served up with a pearl couscous salad, with lentils, capsicum and olives.

Heating from fresh:
1. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high. Plastic film will expand during heating, this is normal.
2. Let meal stand for 1 minute, remove film.
3. Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
