Yellow Chicken Curry with Spiced Cauliflower Rice
You might have to imagine the sand between your toes, but this dish will take you on a tropical holiday with every mouthful. Our yellow chicken curry is made from scratch with chicken, freshly ground herbs and spices and plenty of delicious veggies.
Teamed with our spiced cauliflower and brown rice, this is the perfect take-away style option - with less carbs.
Serving suggestion: Enjoy it with a sprinkle of chilli if you like it hot or a squeeze of fresh lime and chopped herbs for extra zest.

Heating from fresh:
1. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high. Plastic film will expand during heating, this is normal.
2. Let meal stand for 1 minute, remove film.
3. Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
