Tender Slow Cooked Beef Brisket served with a delicious french red wine jus. This dish is served with a Braised Beetroot and Red Cabbage which gives the dish a nice crunch and acidic balance.

Heating from fresh:
1. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high. Plastic film will expand during heating, this is normal.
2. Let meal stand for 1 minute, remove the film.
3. Ensure the meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
