
Coconut Vegetable Dahl with Broccoli & Cauliflower Rice
Found: a great meat free Monday dish! This coconut, chickpea dahl is made with red lentils, chickpeas, green beans, tomatoes, carrots, pumpkin, cauliflower and a fragrant spice mix. We serve it up with a broccoli and cauliflower rice, for even more veggie goodness!

Heating from fresh:
1. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high. Plastic film will expand during heating, this is normal.
2. Let meal stand for 1 minute, remove film.
3. Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
